Enrollment Fee:  A one-time charge paid at the time of acceptance to secure a space for the incoming student. Initial school supplies, textbooks, certain bedding including (mattress cover, pillow,comforter and blanket) and miscellaneous start-up supplies are included with this fee.

Tuition:  Each calendar months tuition is accrued and due on the 1st of each month. An  invoice will be mailed each month. Tuition includes the academic curriculum and books, counseling program and seminars, room and board, on campus residential life and activities program, and supplies.

Technology Fee:  Covers the issuing of a new MacBook Air and related software and maintenance/support. We are an “Apple School”. While this device remains the property of Shortridge Academy while the student is enrolled at Shortridge, it becomes property of the student/family upon graduation / departure.

Student Account:  All families establish an activity account to fund student allowances and activities. Expenses for postage and shipping, sundries, clothing, musical equipment and supplies, and other personal items are deducted as they are incurred. Families are billed each month to replenish this account until graduation, when the remaining balance is refunded as part of the final account settlement.

Variable Student Costs: Additional charges may be incurred for services such as, transportation, learning center support, medical or psychiatric care, special trips, or other activities and services not covered by tuition.
